Week 3


This week we have lots of greens! 
Top left: mixed greens (spinach, beet top, kale, lettuces), buttercrunch head lettuce, kale
Lower left: arugula, Choy, green onions, baby Swiss chard (this has a very earthy taste and can be eaten cooked of uncooked), rhubarb (last week for it), radish, spinach. Some of you may also have broccoli and/or asparagus. Enjoy!
